Are you looking for a sign from the Universe that makes you think: Carpe Diem, YOLO, or Life is Short, Take the Trip?
🇹🇭 Well here it is! For years I have dreamt of taking a group of friends with me to experience Thailand, our family’s home country, in a way like no other. Particularly for the FOODIE who is obsessed with all things yummy, snacky and delicious. 🇹🇭
What better way to experience a beautiful place than with friend who knows the country, knows the language, understands the culture, and of course knows the best food to eat? (THAT’S ME!)
Our family traveled to Thailand and Japan this summer and had the most amazing time after being away from home for 11 years. It has changed so much and is even easier and visitor friendly than ever before. It’s the most magical place and I want to share it with as many people as I can.
I talk about our summer travels and how it benefits our business and personal lives in EPISODE 23 OF THE CRANK & BOOM PODCAST. Take a listen below!

I’ve put together my dream itinerary of what my favorite experiences in Thailand are, including the Loi Krathong Festival, which is also known at the Lantern Festival. Just like the floating lanterns you saw in the movie, Tangled, you can experience it in real life and it’s nothing short of life changing.
This itinerary is of course geared towards the MEGA FOOD LOVER! If you finish a meal only to think about what your next meal is going to be, this trip is for you. You’ll get a person familiar with the local food (that’s me!) to walk with you to try amazing dishes from street food, cooking classes, restaurants and more!
